I've got practical exercises to get you connected to the part of you that knows what you want to say. And the other chatty part that usually has lots of opinions about what's going right or wrong as you write? I've got tried-and-true techniques for lowering the volume on that voice too.

Connecting with body, heart, and the deepest parts of ourselves, we'll unearth some real gems in this warm, supportive creative community.
